**What will you be doing?**
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to the repayment of the loan, optimizing for user satisfaction, customer processing speed, and risk control under high growth goals.
- Manage end-to-end and ensure the efficient local operational flow of existing processes. From onboarding of new accounts to the repayment of the loan, optimizing for user satisfaction, customer processing speed, and risk control under high growth goals.
- Manage and responsible for the overall day-to-day credit operations covering (KYC/AML), credit risk assessment, and repayment collection.
- Analyzes credit data and business financial statements to identify the risk involved in extending credit.
- Coach and monitor team members in day-to-day Credit Operations.
- Responsible for managing the relationship with partner lenders and working closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate credit processing.
- Assist in implementing continuous enhancement in workflows and systems following business strategies and policies relating to credit risk management.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a credit analyst in renowned financial institution(s)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven track record of being highly adaptable
- Master or Bachelors in finance, banking, or related fields are preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
