Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for the following talents to join our dynamic and fun team We are a car dealer that has a wide range of fleet to meet the needs of our customers. Our services include buy & sell of new / pre-owned cars, car rental, car financing, consignments, car insurance, accident repairs & claims and export & scrap. Our feet of vehicles are well maintained by our in-house workshop at Sin Ming Auto Care. If you are an experienced, motivated and innovative individual, this could be the right opportunity for you

What We Can Offer You
- Basic $500 + High Commission (uncapped) + Additional Performance Incentives (performance recognition)
- Salary range $4000 - $10000 (With the right attitude, there is no limit to your earnings)
- 5.5 days work-week
- Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
- Working location: North-East (Walking distance to YCK MRT)

- Weekends & public holidays are rotational. There will be off in lieu for public holiday

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge and passion in cars to support customers with trustworthy and professional services
- Ensure excellent customer services and resolve conflicts promptly and efficiently
- Provide quality after-sales services to customers
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new businesses through various marketing channels
- Monitor, track, and take immediate actions to ensure that goals are met
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives
- Meticulous and observant to details, especially to numbers when dealing with customers’ quotation and payment matters
- Resourceful and able to grow and manage a base of customers to build strong long-term relationships
- Gather data, perform analysis, prepare and submit insurance quotations
- Perform marketing functions needed to acquire new businesses
- Ability to understand severity and dimensions of issues and escalate to Management timely

Who We are Looking for
- Must have a valid Class 3 Driver’s License
- Must be flexible to work on weekends as it is a 5.5 days’ work-week job
- Good team player
- Must be computer and social media savvy
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with different customer profiles
- Able to converse well in English and/or Mandarin (or dialects) and/or Malay (in order to support English, Mandarin & Malay speaking only customers)
- Independent, love problem-solving challenges, and work with minimum supervision
- Organized, Analytical, Presentable and Professional
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
