IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst for Data

The Data Protection Program (DPP) objective is to secure data lifecyle from creation to disposal. The IT PM/BA will be in charge of delivering streams for DPP.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Manage project/streams from initiation to closure
- Work closely with the DPP Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure project/streams managed are aligned with DPP objectives and program timeline and budget
- Being accountable, monitor and manage the execution of the projects/initiatives and follow-up with regard to budget, schedule, scope and quality
- Manage relationship with multiple teams - Divisions, Production teams, local IT and Release Manager to coordinate for deployment
- Plan and monitor the progress of projects/initiatives, identify risks and issues and escalate when required
- Contributing to project governance committees
- Roadmaps and detailed planning
- Analyze and prepare DPP requirements (anonymization, encryption at rest and in transit, audit trail...).
- Prepare KPI measurements and gather evidences as needed for DPP
- Establishes and maintains detailed solution based on use cases with the divisions BA
- 10 years of experience as Project Manager within banking industry ideally in Wealth Management.
- Good knowledge of banking or IT processes
- Excellent knowledge of Data Management
- Strong track records of delivering large-scale projects
- Proven experience on managing project teams and senior management stakeholders.
- Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help project team to achieve its objectives.
- Coordination skills, focused communication to management and stakeholders.
- Team player with problem-solving attitude.
- PMP certification is a plus
- Compliance / data background is a plus
