**How you succeed**

**What you do**
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions to address the bank’s most complex business challenges
- Architect scalable machine learning systems and oversee end-to-end model development and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Drive regional AI initiatives, including building and leading high-performing teams across geographies

**Who you are**
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a strong track record of technical leadership
- Deep expertise in Python, modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, vLLM, SG Lang) and Cloud based AI/ML delivery. (AWS/GCP etc.)
- Proven experience in solving complex problems using AI and deploying models in production environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing regional or cross-border teams.A visionary mindset with a passion for building impactful AI solutions and teams
