Greenmark Coordinator

**Greenmark Coordinator / Manager $3,200 - $4,000**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience and preferably someone who has undergone a Green Mark Platinum/ Super Low Energy building assessment.
- Lead, advise, coordinate and ensure proper collection of Green Mark documents necessary for onwards submission to authorities or consultant.
- Ensure building works related to Green Mark requirements are duly completed for inspection.
- Review all necessary data sheets, drawings, specifications etc are for purpose of Green Mark certification.

**Greenmark Manager $4,000-$6,000**
- Improve energy consumption of building.
- Provide advisory and ensure projects are on track to achieving their targeted green ratings in sustainable design (e.g, Green Mark, LEED)
- Conduct all necessary calculations
- Provide technical analyses, presentations and submission reports
- Good understanding of mechanical, façade and architectural systems and the practicalities of integrating sustainable design initiatives into these disciplines.
- Meticulous, confident and displays leadership potential.
- Strong client facing skills and able to communicate/present to different levels of management clearly and convincingly.
- Efficient and able to manage projects effectively. Given the collaborative nature of this role, communication skills and taking the initiative to overcome project challenges is essential.
- Undertaken Greenmark Projects e.g Green Gold, Gold Plus or Platinum ratings
- Minimum degree in M&E or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- PGreen Mark/ LEED certification

**Energy Solutions Manager $60K - $84K**
- Tour client facilities and identify all viable energy conservation opportunities.
- Work with onsite IFM teams to acquire needed information for assessing energy performance of the building/plant and to benchmark, track and deploy energy efficiency measures across different buildings managed by the company, including practical knowledge of what will and will not work in variety of settings.
- Build rapport with internal IFM teams and building owners.
- Estimate energy savings and cost savings for each conservation opportunity
- Work with contractors, vendors, and technology providers to scope and estimate project costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors and consultants for system design and selection of equipment for energy efficiency project
- Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of working experience in the Energy industry or related fields
- Possess a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)
- Strong technical knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in managing the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in large scale commercial buildings or industrial buildings.
- Experience in energy audits and managing energy system retrofitting projects is an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience in ISO 50001 energy management system and BCA GM scheme
- Knowledge in the principles of design, construction, engineering and building regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence across multiple levels in the company and the industry
- Analytical, organized and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priority as needed in order to meet deadlines
- Software skills to include Microsoft Office, MS Project and data analytics
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BAS controls, Machine Learning and/or AI programming languages is an added advantage
- Certified Energy Auditor preferred.
