**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc).
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Run simple office errands when requested (e.g., going to post office, purchase supplies, etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner
- Physically fit
- Able to work independently
- Honest, responsible and punctual
- Able to communicate with English
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

**Location**:19 Changi Business Park Crescent, The GEAR Singapore 489690

**Working days**:Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day. Working time can be adjusted during interview. OR can be arranged as twice a week, full day 8:30-17:30.
