
Human Resource Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Organizational Diagnosis and Design
- Participate in the evaluation and optimization of the company's organizational structure, and drive continuous optimization of the organizational framework, functions, and processes.
- Assist in building or updating organizational capability assessment models and tools to identify organizational health, capability gaps, and key risk points.
- Talent Development System Building
- Collaborate with HRBP and business departments to design and promote talent reviews for key roles, succession planning, and talent pipeline development projects.
- Performance and Incentive Mechanism Support
- Provide design support for organization-level performance management and incentive systems, assisting in promoting a performance culture within the organization.
- Analyze organizational performance data, propose optimization suggestions, and drive the mechanism linking performance feedback, incentives, and development.
- Change Management and Organizational Culture Building
- Participate in corporate culture diagnosis and construction projects, promoting the implementation of cultural values in key management mechanisms.
- Support HR interventions during business transformation processes, such as organizational restructuring, process re-engineering, and cultural integration, and provide corresponding change support solutions.
- Project Management and Best Practices
- Lead or participate in strategic projects related to organizational development, such as function evaluation, organizational agile transformation, and leadership development.
- Continuously research industry best practices and propose innovative solutions based on the company's business context.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors related to psychology, human resource management, organizational behavior, or business administration.
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in organizational development, talent development, or organizational change in large enterprises or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with modules such as organizational design, capability models, talent reviews, culture building, and performance management.
- Excellent project management skills, cross-departmental collaboration skills, and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and learning ability, with the capability to independently undertake project delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with preference given to those proficient in Visio or organizational structure modeling tools.
