**What you will do**

Reporting to SEA Medical Director, the Medical Admin Operations
- SEA, SG&MY is responsible for:
Support SEA Medical Director (60%)
- To administer the processes (vendor verification, purchase orders, compliance/C3 creation & closure, contracting, payment etc) for SEA Steering Committee Mtgs & Academies, and other SEA related Medical Plans
- Manage SEA Medical budget including budget accruals
- Liaise with country medical leads to track/report Medical Budget on a quarterly basis
- Support SEA Medical LT mtgs - agenda and mtg minute, SEA Medical team Mtgs - logistics of mtg venue & team travel etc
- Manage calendar & schedule meetings

Support SG-MY Country Medical Lead (40%)

To operationalize Medical Education programs and other Medical Plans, e.g., Ad Boards, Sponsorships, Donations, etc
- Liaise with vendors, manage the invoicing, the end-to-end compliance process including submissions to C3, contracting, submit and track payments to vendor
- Manage travel/lodging and other logistic for speaker(s) and execution of service agreement(s)
- Support in-venue delegate registration of local symposium and other medical programs
- Support logistics for internal medical meetings including meals catering, receiving visitors, and A/V equipment where needs
- Other
- Assist with special projects (e.g., SGMY/SEA kick-off meetings etc), as needed

**What we expect of you**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Associated degree and 5 years of administrative experience OR
- High diploma/ and 8 years of administrative experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and direct experience supporting an executive for a large corporation
- 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize projects of greater urgency and importance
- Proficient PC skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database skills, SharePoint and advanced typing skills
- Team Player
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in communicating key business
- Excellent time management and project management skills
