Remote, Singapore G. G. LANDSCAPE + CONSTRUCTION Full time

Assist in measuring quantities and preparing cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Support in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and pricing documents for tenders and projects.
- Liaise remotely with QS teams to obtain necessary information.
- Support the team in evaluating variations and change orders.
- Support in preparing tender and contract documentation
- Attend virtual meetings and prepare reports or summaries as required.
- Ensure all documentation and data are managed and stored digitally in an organized and secure manner.

**Job Requirement**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Able to read and interpret landscape, architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer with the required software.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting project priorities.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $350.00 - $600.00 per month
