**Competitive / Recreational Gymnastics Coach**

Stardust is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a professional who is not only a technical expert but also a mentor and leader, capable of shaping the future of our club program.

**The Role**

As the Coach, you will be responsible for the advanced development of our competitive and/or recreational gymnasts. You will work closely with the Head Coach and other staff to maintain and elevate the club's standard of coaching. Key responsibilities include:

- **Designing and implementing**comprehensive training programs for our athletes.
- **Leading**training sessions with a focus on advanced skills, technique, and competition readiness, where applicable.
- **Mentoring**junior coaches and assistant coaches to ensure a consistent and effective coaching philosophy across the gym.
- **Conducting**regular performance assessments and providing constructive feedback to athletes and their parents.
- **Collaborating**with the Head Coach on team selection, if any, competition strategies, and long-term athlete development plans.
- **Upholding**the highest standards of safety, ethics, and sportsmanship, and ensuring all training adheres to Singapore Gymnastics guidelines.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Track record of gymnastics coaching / sports-related experience.
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
- An expert-level understanding of gymnastics coaching methodologies and the latest trends in the sport.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum high school (or equivalent) certificate
- Current CPR/First Aid and Safe Sport certifications.
- Proven track record of success at the state, regional, or national level.
