**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Hand over / takeover of shift matters and follow up matters in responsible manner.

2. Continuously monitoring of SCADA by one of the shift technicians.

3. Conduct daily routine checking and monitoring of all CP, CDM, SDM and sump pump.

4. Ensure all daily operations log are carried out without fail and accordingly to Customer’s SOP.

5. Perform proper drums/totes changing and hook up which comply with Customer’s SOP.

6. Provide backup services in chemical thawing, issuing and receiving whenever storekeeper is unavailable especially on weekends.

7. Carry out all slurries manual mixing as per Customer/Supplier recipe.

8. Carry out all scheduled and unscheduled particle counts to ensure the chemical quality is within Customer’s Specification.

9. Carry out all scheduled and unscheduled on site measurement such as ASSAY, PH, DENSITY and CONDUCTIVITY to ensure the chemical quality is within Customer’s Specification.

10. Carry out all scheduled and unscheduled chemical sampling accordingly which comply with Customer’s SOP

11. Carry out proper housekeeping of all CDM, SDM, chemical storage and waste storage rooms accordingly to meet Customer’s quality and safety standard and report any non-conformance to TCGM Operations Supervisor.

12. Manage and ensure proper collection, segregation and disposal of chemical waste in order to meet Customer’s safety standard; General waste has to be kept in orderly manner and to be discarded in due time.

13. Carry out all scheduled preventive maintenance works of all CDM, SDM and sump pump accordingly and ensure proper documentation of all these activities are correctly filed.

14. Perform any necessary trouble shooting on all CP, CDM, SDM and sump pump to ensure smooth operation escalate to Service Team if problem unsolved.

15. Attend to all kind of chemical leakage/spillage. With TCGM on site Manager’s acknowledgement and to work closely with Customer’s Facility Engineer and EHS personnel whenever major chemical leakage/spillage take place.

16. Provide assist services in chemical turn on/turn off and signal test of all old and new POU.

17. Involve in all pump and valve rebuilding.

18. Maintain well on own PPEs and advice team member on proper PPEs requirements and correct them whenever disagreement take place.

19. Ensure all vendors working in chemical rooms follow all necessary preventive measures to prevent unnecessary safety and system issues.

20. Follow all work procedures and SOPs during work

21. Guide and provide necessary training for new Technician on all related operational matter.

22. Report all abnormal chemical usage (high usage) to Customer’s Facility Engineer and TCM Operation Supervisor during his shift.

23. Response to all complaints and requests from Customer’s Facility personnel or POU personnel during his shift and work closely to solve problems; escalate to high level if necessary.

24. Make sure hand over/takeover is done properly.

25. Do roaming check at the beginning and at the end of shift and make sure the all are in order.

26. It is the shift leader who has to ensure all the above scopes - including the scopes mentioned under team leader/shift technician duty - are met by his shift group.
