**We are looking for: Handyman/ Technician (Full-Time)**

**Summary**
To do all repair and maintenance works. Must be a skilled hands-on electrician with a few years of experience.

**Who we need**:

- At least 2-3 years working experience in related field required
- Initiative, responsible, team player, strong problem-solving, good communication skills
- Good at analysing problems and perform troubleshooting to rectify faults and defects
- Perform works such as electrical, plumbing, painting, plastering, fixing, assembly and installing of fixtures and furniture
- Work closely with Technical Manager, Project Manager, team members, sub-contractors and suppliers for handyworks as well as renovation projects
- Attend weekly tech meeting with management team
- Avid interest in any kind of fixing or repair work
- Ensure safety protocols are taken in the course of work and carry out works in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and monitor work progress on-site to establish a scope of works
- Both handyworks and projects ensure works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
- In charge of purchasing parts and identify necessary items and tools needed for handyworks and projects
- Must be able to perform emergency repairs on their own
- Ensure company is stocked with necessary supplies of tools and M&E parts
- Ensure cleanliness of the store as well as transport vehicle
- Flexibility to travel to various job sites daily as and when required
- Able to navigate through various mobile apps for scheduling and reporting work progress
- Possess a minimum of ITE Qualification/ SPM/ SEC/ SEC(K)
