**Partner with the best**
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Evaluating current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs
- Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage schedule changes and update ERP.
- Soliciting and evaluating proposals employing appropriate negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques, using available expertise
- Initiating Requests for quote (RFQs), execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements, budget, schedule, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborating with Project team to meet the Delivery requirements of Customer
- Ensuring Supplier On time delivery and achieved cost out targets set forth.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's and 7-10 years of procurement /supply chain/ Sourcing experience.
- Must be fluent in speaking Mandarin to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
- Have knowledge and experience of using Oracle system to handle PO lifecycle management.
- Have Oil and Gas industry background, preferably.
- Have ability to work independently.
