**What the role is**
- Support the Group’s strategic initiatives through project management, research studies and providing Secretariat support to the Community Chest Committee, to aid decision and policy making so as to create an impactful social service sector.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

**Strategy & Research**

Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic strategy and initiatives. Support research and relevant studies on specific topics related to philanthropy by overseeing and conducting research and fact-based qualitative and quantitative analysis. Support decision and policy making with the preparation of research findings and reports.

**Secretariat for Community Chest Committee**

Support Committee Chairman and Management in the engagement and management of Committee members and advisors, including Term appointments, recognition and communication matters. Organise secretariat support to regular Committee meetings, including proposing agenda, arranging meetings and preparing presentation materials & papers.

**Other duties**

Any other duties as assigned by management.

**Skills & Knowledge**:
1. Exposure to a wide range of data and analytical concepts and methodologies:

- Market sizing
- Competitive analysis
- Portfolio review
- Forecasting

2. Experience in planning, project management and secretariat work

3. Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience for the Manager role

Experience with strategy consulting is preferred
