**Roles & Responsibilities
**Functional Competencies:
- Manage all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment related matters, including periodical and/or statutory reporting, for Marine & Offshore Singapore.
- Implementation of effective Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE) Management Systems and processes to reduce work related accidents and illnesses of our client’s M&O Singapore employees, visitors and contractors as well as reducing footprint on the environment and improving the quality of the delivered services.
- Cascade Group QHSSE and M&O Head Office (HO) requirements (Statement, policies, procedures, newsletters, alerts, feedback etc).
- Work with the management team to improve operations, activities and performance related to QHSSE.
- Perform job in the framework of the client’s QHSSE Management process, the client’s Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies including keeping track/monitor HSE KPI on a periodical basis.
- Appointed as country QHSSE committee secretary and coordinate meeting as per HO requirement.
- Analyse Group Safety/Security Alerts, propose local action plan to management and report implementation to Group.
- Conduct incidents and accidents investigation.
- Coordinate audit program and conduct internal audits with QESIS.
- Track corrective & preventive action implementation.
- Coordinate annual Management Review and the relevant report.
- Other QHSE projects and duties as delegated by the Management.
- Issue stops work order if the work situation is unsafe or may endanger the client’s employees, visitors and contractors.
- Capability to recommend to the project team to implement reasonably practicable measures to minimize the risk.
- Carry out other technical and department operational related assignment on ad-hoc basis.
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.

**Requirements:
- **minimum **4-5 years of working experience in Marine and Offshore related industry, especially in Health, Safety and Environment Management Compliance **.
- Possess good work attitude, good communication skill, good report writing skill.
- Knowledgeable in HSSE regulations.
- Ability to manage a complex environment in anticipation of emerging crisis and opportunities.
- Align with protocols, and 100% professional and keep our client’s image to its clients.
- Experience in large-scale overseas projects.
- Driven by a constant focus of impeccable customer satisfaction.
- **English and Chinese/ Mandarin speaking professional who can deal with our client’s Chinese speaking shareholders, clients, vendors and Chinese workers **.
- Basic QHSE skills| Certifiactions
- Work experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Solid knowledge of the industry

**Job Related Information:
