**The Job**

An exciting journey awaits as we open our flagship store in Singapore

We seek a dedicated & passionate Full Time Beauty Advisor, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
- Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
- Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
- Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Operations
- Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
- Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
- Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions

Inventory replenishment
- Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
- Work closely with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to achieve KPI(s) and for any other store related matters
- Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other duties
- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stock take exercises)
- Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
- Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus)
- Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
- Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
- Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
- Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays (Total 44 hours per week)
- Able to start in October 2024
