**Duties and Responsibilities**

Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM modules within ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems based on customer requirements.

Implement considering ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Design and develop extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards AMDB and CMDB, SACM and other modules.

Provide 2nd/3rd level ServiceNow support, resolve incidents/enhancements/defects writing, debugging, and testing using a mix of JavaScript and server-side Java.

Produces and maintains detailed system documentation, including design specs, solution proposed, unit testing, tech notes, etc.

Following-up on outstanding client needs and provides timely status reports to their lead.

Assists in the scoping of new opportunities and design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.

Ensures each artifact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal interactions are of the highest quality.

Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Required Qualification and Experiences**

2-3 years of ServiceNow development experience

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
