**Hello there**

**We are looking for a passionate and trustworthy Sales Representatives to join us to help build up our business activities. The sales representative's responsibilities include generating leads, digital marketing and making sales calls when needed, able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Learn details about our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs
- Seek out new sales opportunities through, networking and social media and digital marketing
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings
- Report to management team

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, or any other South East Asian Languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Minimum GCE “A’ level or Diploma and above
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
