The **Painter **is responsible for the painting work the hotel’s building, fixtures, facilities, machineries and equipment.

**Our Expectations**:

- Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work required
- Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper and removing old paint.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Mix paint and other material to prepare the right colour or texture
- Paint surfaces according to instructions using various tools
- Removing and reinstalling fixtures when necessary
- Ensures that all engineering installations, hotel and property are painted and upkept according to design specifications.
- Reports any faults and renders assistance as and when required by department head / hotel management
- Informs DE when the necessary paints are low in stock and to replenish in time.
- Practises all forms of cost control in terms of equipment, stock utilization
- Ensures that the hotel’s properties, facilities etc. are kept in good working condition thereby protecting its long-term investment value.

We are looking for a self-motivated Painter with excellent mechanical skills. You should have an eye for detail with good hands-on approach to work and problem-solving skills. If you have at least three years of related experience, write in to have a chat with us
