**Senior Manager - Finance - Logistics - APAC**

We are seeking for a Finance Senior Manager who will lead the financial strategy, performance management and commercial decision support for Commercial Partnerships across APAC.

The role will act as a key strategic advisor to Commercial leaders, enabling business growth through rigorous financial analysis and performance optimization. This role involves end-to-end financial oversight from implementation to performance tracking and reporting, while supporting local and regional teams with the tools, frameworks and insights to maximize partnership value.

This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Pricing, Procurement and Legal Teams, to drive value-accretive partnerships that align with APAC and global priorities.

**Key Accountabilities**

- Serve as a key advisor to VP - Commercial Partnerships - Logistics - APAC and Commercial leaders on partnership strategies
- Translate Commercial objectives into financial frameworks and lead the financial execution of partnership agreements across APAC
- Designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the accounting and administration of Commercial partnerships
- Train local Finance/Admin teams on Commercial teams, pricing, invoicing processes and payment flows
- Ensure the financial benefits and savings identified during partnership formation are tracked, measured and realized
- Monitor partnership lifecycle performance and ensure value generated is shared between parties in accordance with agreed terms
- Analyze regional and partner-level performance to identify variances, opportunities and improvement areas
- Develop and delivery of reports across total commercial partnership revenue, gross margin, volume and revenue and customer-facing financial reports
- Provide regional leadership with insights and recommendations on improving the financial outcomes of partnerships
- Provide support to Finance Team in preparing quarterly forecasts and budgeting and assist in managing working capital, including receivables, payables, cashflow optimization for Commercial partnerships
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure seamless financial governance of contracts and structures

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years of progressive Finance experience with at least 5 years in Regional or Commercial Finance leadership role
- Proven expertise in structuring and managing complex commercial partnerships
- Prior experience from relevant industry from Logistics, Supply Chain or related B2B environment
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and financial governance skills
- Experience operating in a regional, multicultural, and matrixed organization
- Willingness and ability to travel across the APAC region as required
