We are looking for meticulous and outgoing individuals (preferably undergraduates/poly students) to assist in the running of our learning centre's operations as well as admin tasks. Why join us?

Responsibilities and job scope as a Part Time Admin and Operations Executive are as follows:

- Administrative duties
- Operational duties
- Customer Relationship
- Branding of company
- Curriculum (limited only to helping the curriculum team to streamline materials for expansion use)
- Finance matters (pay issuance, suppliers, tracking of company’s financials)

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing and confident character required to communicate with parents
- Good command of English
- Basic computer knowledge - Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to meet the stipulated working hours as stated below

Work Commitment and hours
- Able to commit at least 3-4 days of the shifts below
- Mon, Wed, Fri - 1545-2045
- Tue - 1530-2030
- Sat - 0830-1800

**Job Types**: Part-time, Salary: Hourly rate, COVID-19 considerations: Highest standard of hygiene and social distancing practice are kept in place to ensure safety of our students and staff.

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)
