The Business Analysis Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Technology CIO and Chief of Staff in ensuring the day-to-day administrative and operational cadences are in order. - Drive timely resolution of task cross-teams and assist leadership team with proactively identifying and resolving gaps and risks in our operating model - Acts as the point of contact and provides guidance to the team by understanding the concerns/issues and taking the necessary action/next steps to provide resolution/workaround or direct to the correct team/person who can assist. - Provides accurate and timely submission of management report updates as required to various leadership stakeholders. - To coordinate with and support all tech teams to ensure key franchise initiatives & imperatives are executed - Assist in overall business management and management review process across the franchise including monitoring financials, driving operational & cost efficiencies, progress of key initiatives. - Support management team meetings, minute discussions and a diligent follow up mechanism to track timely execution - Work closely with Technology CIO & Chief of Staff and other senior management - Managing Senior Visits, Business Strategy Sessions and Events **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated leadership skills - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines - Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred **#LI-Hybrid** - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
