Singapore CRANE WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by performing monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
- To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipment
- Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
- To ensure all inventory transactions are complete within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.)
- Plan and conduct periodic, Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the company’s SOP.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review.
- Ensure billing data accuracy while performing monthly billing.
- Ensure office areas are well maintained. Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience as an Operation / Order fulfillment executive in a warehouse environment
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in the logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player, confident, and able to work under pressure in a face paced environment
- Applies experience and logic
- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Good communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize work

Others:

- 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
- Working location is at Tuas
- Company transfer is provided (Monday to Friday only)
