**Poste et missions**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
The role will require strong communication and collaborative working capabilities: as well as working with the Singaporean team, you will be working closely with teams across Sydney, Hong Kong, New York, London and Paris.

**Required Skills**:
Key tasks include assisting the team with the following:

- To pitch clients for financing ideas and to originate transactions;
- Detailed credit risks analysis: business description, industry review, competitive positioning, SWOT analysis, etc;
- Financial analyses: historical performance review, financial forecast and free cash flow analysis;
- Construction & review of financial models and key ratios and concepts used therein;
- Internal credit process in line with the policies and requirements of Natixis;
- To conduct regular credit reviews, waivers and amendments and internal reporting. Active participation in the restructuring situations if necessary;
- To identify opportunities for cross sell with other banking products, share information internally.

Internal relations: ASF team globally, other business lines in Asia (Investment Banking Division, Industry Sectors), Risk Department, DCM (Loans Syndication), Legal Department, Coverage Asia.

External relations: clients (private equity sponsors and corporates), other banks (acquisition/LBO teams mainly), other financial institutions (syndication process), M&A advisors, Lawyers, etc

**Essential experience / Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of previous experience in:

- Leveraged finance / structured finance / corporate finance / investment banking M&A, Transaction services / audit
- Degree educated within finance, mathematics, economics or business
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus
