Vita Partners Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Works Package Manager (Electrical)**to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the delivery of large-scale projects in the Life Science sector.

The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.

**Role Overview**

As the Electrical Works Package Manager, you will lead the delivery of electrical systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical construction environment. You’ll ensure compliance with GMP standards, local codes, and client specifications while managing contractors, design coordination, and project execution from concept to handover.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Supervision & Quality Control**
- Oversee all electrical contractors to ensure high-quality installations aligned with pharma-grade standards.
- Maintain rigorous site and test records in compliance with Client requirements, Building Control Act, and industry regulations.
- Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.

**Project Delivery**
- Manage the full lifecycle of the electrical package including LV/MV distribution, cleanroom power systems, lighting, fire alarms, and ELV systems.
- Coordinate specialist design support services and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines (CSA, HVAC, Process Utilities).

**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, quality, and compliance.
- Act as the key point of contact for electrical scope during audits, inspections, and commissioning.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in electrical design and construction, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure and deliver results
- Strong planning, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with cleanroom electrical standards, validation protocols, and authority submission processes
