**IT Solutions Integration Consultant**

Work Location: Central Area, Singapore

**Job Type**: Permanent

**About the Role**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead client discovery workshops (on-site or virtual) to gather business goals, technical needs, and operational constraints.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors/integrators—manage pricing, solution fit, and delivery capabilities across IT infrastructure, software, AI, IoT and cybersecurity domains.
- Drive sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and presenting value-driven solutions across IT, AI, IoT and cybersecurity portfolios.
- Own a sales quota—track pipeline, forecast revenue, and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
- Coordinate project delivery from planning to handover—manage schedules, vendors, and risk escalations.
- Oversee quality assurance during installation and testing phases; ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Compile technical documentation and conduct training for client admins on system use and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-implementation support during hypercare, resolve issues, and manage upgrades or enhancements.
- Build long-term client relationships—pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g. analytics modules, cybersecurity, cloud services).

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT systems integration, technical project coordination, or pre‑sales engineering.
- Good understanding of IT architectures, server virtualization, wireless design (site surveys, AP placement), and physical security systems (IP cameras, access control), AI and Cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills; able to translate between non‑technical client language and detailed technical specs.
- Proficiency with Visio (or similar) for solution diagrams, and familiarity with ticketing/CRM tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow).
