Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Prince’s Landscape is seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This position works closely with the Contracts Manager or IPMS Team Leader, as well as the QS team, to oversee tender inquiries and ensure timely submissions. Also responsible for daily QS work related to tendering, project management, and contract administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take off quality and pricing of tender and prepare quotations to clients.
- Sourcing, purchasing, and managing of suppliers of materials and related products needed for tenders and production.
- Submit requirements on tender submission as per client deadlines, initiate any request for information should there be any items to clarify prior to submitting quotation.
- Compare sub-contractors and supplier pricing for tenders and awarded projects.
- Prepare PO for awards of supplier and subcontractors.
- Study and evaluate contracts from clients to ensure that all items stated as part of work are included in the submitted bill of quantities.
- Facilitate contract signing with sub-contractors, verifying that scope of work is clearly defined and manage subcontractors claims and payment.
- Manage progress claim, progress payment and VO claims for awarded projects.
- Verify As-Build drawings against actual completed work prior to submission to client.
- Need to perform close coordination with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the projects.
- Need to perform liaison with engineers, sales, quality surveyors and project managers.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related fields
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude and mannerism
- Basic to Intermediate Skill in Autocad preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
