**Context of the role:
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales is responsible for achieving the revenue goals and aim at expanding the Contour brand and presence globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategic business plan for Contour’s growth in South-East Asia and beyond (Global remit)
- Achieve the revenue targets as set by the Company for both new revenue and overall regional revenue goals
- Continued support and development of Contour’s existing client base as needed
- Work with Contour’s marketing team to develop and execute the marketing plan
- Participation at industry events to elevate and promote the Contour brand as a thought leader in the space
- Team management and ownership of incentive schemes
- Input into pricing / construct innovative deals for different markets, sectors, client types
- Collaborate with the product on feature development to achieve sales targets
- Drive optimisations in our sales and onboarding processes to reduce the cost of scale and increase scalability
- Ability to evangelise both the company vision and product roadmap both internally and externally
- All other job duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Senior Management Team

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 10 years Senior sales leadership experience in Asia and beyond
- Strong experience of technology products and services in the region
- Preferred: a strong network of senior contacts in Financial Services, Banking and Trade Finance
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets with/within the banking environment
- Ability to create and implement a sales strategy that can be rolled out in multiple locations to support the Global growth of the company
- Motivated to make a difference, roll up their sleeves and get the work done
- Languages: Fluency in English is required, and business language skills in Mandarin would be advantageous
