**Your role**
- Are you a data scientist with hands-on working style and enthusiasm to assure that models are fit for purpose?
- In your role as Compliance Model Validation Quantitative Analyst, you’ll:
- assess the model's conceptual soundness, model assumptions, as well as calibration
- check appropriateness and quality of input data
- review the model’s outcome, and conduct benchmarks
- identify model limitations and evaluate overall model risk
- document all your assessment along the required standards
- interact and collaborate with stakeholders, such as model development team, users, model governance representatives
- work on strategic initiatives such as the ones for designing new validation tests, enhancing tooling for technical analysis and report writing

**Your team**
- You will be working in Model Risk Management & Control function. Our role is to understand and assess the risks associated with the use of models throughout the firm. We focus on models used to monitor operational risks such as money laundering, client risk rating, rogue trading or market manipulations.

**Your expertise**
- education in a quantitative field with broad experience in statistics, data analytics, programming (Python)
- hands-on experience in model development or model risk management, experience in artificial intelligence (primarily natural language processing) or the Compliance area in a banking context are a plus
- good English writing skills and a structured working style
- ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- ability to deal with several projects in parallel
