**What you'll be responsible for.**:

- Implement machine learning algorithms and build production-grade end-to-end analytics solutions to solve business challenges together with Data Scientists and business team.
- Creation of blueprint and reference architecture for various machine learning use cases.
- Machine Learning Operations: from algorithm development, and model training to deployment using orchestration & versioning
- Blue/Green Deployment of Machine Learning models drift detection and automated model retraining.

**What you will bring to the role..**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry (ideally banking, eCommerce, telecoms, retail, and consulting) with a demonstrated track record of leveraging advanced analytics to achieve business impact.
- Excellent understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Familiar with tools such as Anaconda, Jupyter, R Studio, Jira, Git, SVN, Jenkins, etc
- Great programming skills in languages Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, SparkML, etc), R (Caret etc ), and Java
- Experience with major algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, PCA ), Deep Learning architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM ), and frameworks (MxNet, TensorFlow, PyTorch), preferably using Cloud services (Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning)
- Familiar with industry paradigms and standards for model development, validation, and testing and have developed and implemented large-scale machine learning solutions from end to end.
- Strong in problem-solving, being resourceful with end-to-end critical thinking to find out solutions even in unfamiliar scenarios.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrated strong interest in learning about Analytics, Machine Learning & AI through own initiatives
