DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Partnerships**:Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with top-tier venture capital firms, hedge funds and other institutional partners and clients to drive strategic partnerships and investment opportunities
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the institutional investment landscape in order to provide strategic insights to the executive team
- **Deal Structuring and Negotiation**:Lead and manage end-to-end deal processes, including structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals with institutional partners
- **Networking and Representation**:Act as key representative at industry conferences, events, and meetings with institutional partners, as well as build and maintain a strong network
- **Reporting and KPIs**:Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track the progress and outcomes of BD and growth activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development and growth, preferably within the Web3, blockchain or fintech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (an MBA or other advanced degree is an added additional advantage)
- Established relationships with institutional partners (eg. venture capital firms, hedge funds)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proven positive track record in deal structuring, negotiation and relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader Web3 landscape is an added advantage
