**WHAT DOES THE BUSINESS ANALYST (BS) DO?**

Operating in Singapore, the primary purpose of the BS team is to transform our clients’ concerns into actionable insights through AI methodology and sensibility. As the project solutioning lead, you will drive the start-to-end solutioning for your AI projects.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO**
- Drive clarity on the insights that add value to the client
- Conduct research, develop and design an analytical approach to gain these insights
- Get an intimate understanding of AI algorithms when you brief the AI teams exactly how to generate data
- Be the first line defence for data sensibility and coherence
- Contribute to identifying the key business takeaways from what the data is telling you

**WHAT YOU CAN LEARN**

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Has 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a quantitative market researcher with large datasets
- Has experience in Pharma Industries.
- Prior experience in deriving business impact from quantitative data
- Structured logical thinking to continually probe deeper into the “whys” and “so whats”
- Has strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess the ability to recommend visualization styles that drive better analyses
- Must be proactive, detail oriented, and possess strong time management skills
- Willingness and ability to adapt and, advance in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for different teams
- Exposure to UI related technologies and/ or data visualization tools is a plus
