- Attending Walk-in Counter for Course Enquiry and Enrollment
- Arrange for collection / dispatching of documents
- Stationery and Office Maintenance
- Company Monthly Events

HR Duties
- Manage Leave Attendance records and monthly MC claims
- Maintaining of HR documentation
- Assist of Marketing Events such as printing of banners, name cards, road shows, etc.

**Job Requirement**
- You should possess GCE O level, NITEC and above with minimum 1 year of working experiences.
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outgoing personality, self-driven and customer oriented
- Required skill(s): Computer skills such as Microsoft Offices, Webmails, Digitally Literate in most online portals.
- Able to work weekends
