**Warehouse Assistant - Your future position?**
- Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
- Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

**Main Responsibilities**

**Supporting Receiving and Outbound Activities**
- Daily loading and unloading cargo from the incoming/outgoing trucks and to verify the goods at the warehouse area. This task involves physically check and sorting batches and quantity in several sizes from the suppliers’ pallets to internal plastic pallets. Report any discrepancies, damages and daily delivery related matters
- Daily perform inbound RM/packaging and paste internal labelling for sample package for inbound/pallet of the inbound/outbound cargo
- Daily perform outbound loading of finished goods and loading/stuffing of cargo into container for export
- Inbound - Draw sample following sample drawing instruction’s request. If additional sample require by QC, repack and weighing the require qty at marketing sampling room. This task involves the physical transfer by trolley from main warehouse to marketing sampling room and submit sample to warehouse office for proper system deduction and labelling before sample hand over to QC.
- Outbound - Transfer goods into storage location. Operation VNAT machine (Narrow aisle truck) in main warehouse for storage/retrieving for export.
- Outbound - Checking of FG transfer from production for palletizing, carton packing and put away to racking location
- Palletize and shrink wrap received finished goods to main warehouse

**Warehouse Inventory Management and Replenishment**
- Daily put away receipt raw material from suppliers, affiliates, Woodlands base transfer and the regional distribution center, to warehouse bin locations
- Material put away to cold room and refrigerated storage location
- Daily attention to re-sampling requests from QC, monthly shelf life retest sample pull and QC reference request
- Daily pick and repack raw material from warehouse for exporting to affiliates companies
- Material issue to marketing sampling unit. Picking of materials from location, carry and put it on trolley and send to the marketing lab and returning material to main warehouse after used
- Optimize warehouse space by material transferring to free standing area
- Cycle count for inventory
- Daily inspection for allergen storage comply to food safety requirement
- Daily housekeeping and 5S storage in warehouse
- Kanban system on packaging material support to production, like wood pallet, PE bag, cartons and drums

**Main Requirements**
- Must have Singapore issued forklift license
