Financial Lawyer

Responsibility
- Working closely with the team lead to the QPSS Treasury/ Finance function and management, as required, in connection with all financial matters related to QPS.
- Supervise junior associates and trainees.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentation materials for client training, and other business development activities.
- Work in conjunction with external counsel and banks or the other financial institution on legal matters.
- To advise on an assist in resolving disputes relating to legal documentation or contracts relating.

**Requirements**:
Requirement
- Degree or Bachelor in law and commerce or equivalent in a common law country.
- Min 7 years post
- qualification experience
- Previous experience in the international shipping financial.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong team player, with a good work ethic
