**Job Summary**:
**As part of the property management group supporting established malls of the REIT, you will co-lead the Retail Leasing department.**

**Armed with RES license and well networked within F&B and Lifestyle in dustries, you will focus and oversee**:
**Leasing:

- **
- Lead the retail leasing functions for F&B and Lifestyle;
- Formulate leasing strategies and planning trade/tenant mix, and ensure its effective implementation;
- Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing’s policies and procedures;
- Attend to all leasing enquiries, secure appointments and assist viewings with prospective tenants and agents;
- Handle and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to ensure full occupancy of the mall;
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships as well as handle any grievances;
- Attend to all tenancy-related matters and any other duties as assigned
- Provide guidance and supervision to the junior staff

**Analysis & Reporting:

- **
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments;
- Assist in obtaining market information on comparable projects and preparation of such reports;
- Prepare tenant sales analysis
- Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasting reports as well as monthly management reports
- Provide support for arrears management

**Lease Administration:

- **
- Supervise Lease Manager/Office for the administration of the contract/ lease documentation for WA retail and MCST units.
- Check contract/ lease documents and correspondences to tenants to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal/ external legal counsel on amendments or variation of lease document.
