Human Resource Executive

**Human Resource Executive **will be responsible for administering the company’s recruitment, human resources and payroll functions, as well as coordination of staff training and development. You are to ensure the company’s human resource policies are in compliance with government regulations and perform day-to-day administrative processes of HR functions, such as tracking employee performance, benefits and creating a safe and positive company culture while keeping an excellent level of employee satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Human Resource:
- Facilitation and supporting Human resource related documentation such as Employee Policies and Benefits, Employee Handbook, Job Description for all positions.
- Handling employee relation issues, including disciplinary, complaints and other relation matters.
- Handle processes on employee benefits, rewards and retention, human resources, policies, procedures, engagement and performance management.
- Continually improve human resource processes and policies, and effectively communicate such matters to employees
- Oversee monthly employee payroll, expense claims, leave processing, and other mandatory government statutory submissions.
- Track of employee performance and identify opportunities to improve employee value to the company
- Manage training and development initiatives to ensure employees satisfaction and development
- To assist in annual salary review exercises and yearly performance appraisals.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- To facilitate and advise departmental hiring managers on recruitment and talent acquisition process, which include job postings, applicant screening and interviewing processes on recruitment portals and other channels.
- Handle new employee onboarding, orientation and on job training plans.
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, team leader who can create a conducive work environment and culture
- Diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR is an advantage
- Experience handling overseas talent is a plus
