Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
- Carry out architectural, cost control project supervision and documentation.
- To attend to construction site coordination work and meeting, include liaise with RTO for inspection.
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project excution.
- To assist Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
- Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
- At least 1year of working experience in the relating field is required.
- Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works.
