**Job Title: Ironing Specialist**

**Reports to: Facility Supervisor**

**Company Background**

We are a young laundry company in the industry for 7 years. Our clients range from Spa/Onsen providers, Restaurants, Nursing Homes to residential customers. We believe in a flexible and inclusive working environment where all personal concerns can be shared, and work can be arranged accordingly.

**Job Summary**:
The Iron Press Operator will operate the iron press and ensure all laundry is iron/steam pressed to standard requirements.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Ensure iron / steam press is well maintained
- Ensure iron / steam press to be operational
- Ensure all processed laundry is packed according to order
- Ensure all clients’ timeline is met and prioritize to the best possible scenario

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Iron / Steam press in accordance to requirement
- Ensure all laundry stains/damage are reported before ironing / steam press
- Ensure all ironed laundry is well sorted and packed for delivery personnel
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills / Abilities**:

- Basic communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet timelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Basic Ironing skills (On the job training will be provided)
- Similar past experience is a PLUS point

**Education and Experience**:

- Basic education / None required
- Similar Experience / None required (On the job training provided)

**Physical Requirements**:

- Facility is hot and humid, applicants with health concern should visit before confirmation
- Prolong period of standing during ironing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
