**Job Description**:
Solid technical skills, able to communicate effectively with business, understand business needs, and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Responsible for designing and delivering back-end systems, including module division, interface design, data flow, code writing, etc., to ensure that system implementation is consistent with business goals.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability, and integrate them into the overall architecture.
Lead a delivery team of 2-5 people for project implementation, provide technical guidance and participate in code writing, solve architecture, and design issues, ensure system quality and maintainability, and ensure project technical risks are controlled.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree on relevant discipline
At least 8 years or more years of relevant experiences. Experiences within the gaming industry is a plus.
Good technical proficiency, capable of effective communication with business stakeholders, comprehending business requirements, and delivering appropriate technical solutions.
Design and implement backend systems, including module division, interface design, data flow, and code development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate and select suitable technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to ensure reliable, high-performing, and scalable systems, integrating them into the overall architecture.
Experience in team lead capacity
