Our company is acting on behalf of our client who **is in tailor business,**They need experienced manager with the following job responsibilities and requirements
- Efficiently manage daily operations and optimize processes.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for both online and offline channels.

Oversee customer relations and ensure a 360-degree customer experience.

Manage inventory and merchandise displays.

Take bespoke tailoring orders from customers.

Accurately measure and fit customers.

Design garments according to customer preferences and requirements.

Collaborate with suppliers and the production team to procure necessary products. Conduct final fittings to deliver top-quality bespoke garments.

Manage monthly marketing promotions and customer communications.

Strategic planning skills to achieve business goals.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive.

Service-oriented with the sophistication, poise, and confidence to support the team. Excellent sales and marketing skills to build customer relationships, understand customer needs, and present product ideas effectively.

Specialized skills as a Master Tailor with precision in bespoke tailoring and an eye for design and trends.

Resourceful and well-networked, capable of sourcing quality materials. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Five or more years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, social media, Fashion designing ability.

Job highlights

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and in the late evenings and weekends

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher

Work experience
- at least 4 years working experience in related tailoring fields
