**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM professional to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and deliver solutions that drive customer engagement and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations using C#,.NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
- Design and implement data migration strategies and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CRM solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum **3-5 years of hands-on experience**implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365, including workflows, business rules, forms, and views.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, REST APIs, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200).
- Experience in agile project environments.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Portals and Mobile App configurations.
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as KingswaySoft.
