**Contract Duration: 2 years.
**About the role**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, structural systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule
- Attend daily job site safety meetings and perform weekly project safety audits
- Work with the project safety team to ensure all works are being carried out to the highest levels of safety
- Coordinate with on-site Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) and Resident Engineers (REs) for all required inspections and work verification
- Develop look-ahead schedules and assist the Construction managers in long-range planning
- Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, lifting, and CSA subcontractors during construction
- Work closely with client and Subcontractor Construction Managers to lead logistics of all lifting operations.
- Interface with manager for all client-provided equipment
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities in the project.
- To organize, coordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in line with the quality required within the specified schedule on-site
- To ensure the safety lifting regulations and requirements are being complied on site Including review of lifting plans and rigging
- Provide technical advice on matters pertaining to primarily heavy transport and rigging/lifting operations, management of change, deviations, and / or non-compliances.
- Monitor subcontractors’ transportation and lifting method statements to assure compliance with Project requirements.
- Ensure subcontractors’ lifting activities’ compliance with project’s Health, Safety and Environment codes, procedures and policies.
- Ensure that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed
- Work with engineers, construction managers to derive or review critical lifting plans
- To review all lifting plans before execution
- Facilitate lifting specific trainings and briefing together with the HSE department.

**About you**:

- Minimum 25 years industry experience specialise in construction and heavy lift management in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry and vast experience in the modular design, construction, transportation and precommissioning.
- Engineering, Construction Management Degree or equivalent
- Familiarity on logistic and construction requirements on modules and Heavy Lift
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected
