- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
- Work closely with business units to identify, analyse, and mitigate legal risks associated with various business operations and initiatives
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and manage litigation matters, working alongside external counsel when necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct legal research to support various business functions and decision-making processes, staying abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments in the financial services sector

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services
- Familiar with MAS regulations and compliance procedures on PSA/SFA
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
