**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR “CCP FOR SOCIAL WORKERS” CALVARY COMMUNITY CARE**

**Job Description (Programme specific)**

The ultimate goal is to improve the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing.

The staff is required to:

- deal with a wide scope of issues and will be required to work with youths in an individual and group setting;
- provide social work support and develop intervention plans for clients in the Youth programme in schools and youth centers;
- provide specific support and work with students mostly from tier 2 from the schools to achieve identified outcomes. From schools to schools, requirements differ, and some might refer tier 1 students to our programme;
- Support the outreach at drop-in centres
- engage and mentor students in chat rooms and virtual space.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute and evaluate on-going youth programmes and services
- Support the projects and programmes of the Youth department
- Jointly implement group work for youths and their families (when intervention is
- required)
- Support administrative functions
- Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required
- Take on other additional responsibilities as required by management
