Singapore Crane Worldwide Logistics S Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Air Pricing Manager to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing/quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
- Respond timely to client pricing requests and process e-bids in customer’s portals.
- Coordinate tenders and RFQs for all Air freight products when assigned.
- Obtain pricing from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network (product teams, overseas stations) to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders.
- Act as a resource for all Air
- freight pricing inquiries for Crane Singapore.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for customers and account managers, when required.
- Track and analyze bid-winning ratios.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Air-freight Pricing or within the forwarding or airline industry. Experience in Freight Planning is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, quick learner
- Effective data analysis skills, meticulous, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mentality
- The incumbent will represent Crane with professionalism and integrity in line with our company code of conduct and compliance policies
