Global Gaming Content is the vertical that aligns the Strategy, Business Development, Partner Management, and Program Management functions to articulate and execute TikTok's Global Gaming strategy with the operational assistance of local teams in all markets.
The Gaming Product Innovation Lead will represent the needs of TikTok's Gaming Content org and the intersection with Bytedance product teams to oversee the ideation, collation, communication and execution of strategic gaming initiatives to further our core objectives and deepen our engagement with external stakeholders and build deeper ties between the Content and Product teams. The role will require exceptional XFN stakeholder management, short and long term objective setting and building strong and productive internal relationships.

**Responsibilities are to oversee a team that will**:

- Ideate and socialise TikTok Gaming Content's Product Innovation Strategy globally and regionally
- Formalize, articulate and evangelize priority gaming feature requests from the Business Development and Program teams with the relevant product orgs. Examples include supporting H5 minigames, API integrations, IP creative effects, Search and Voting Hub creations as well as building connectivity to the Bytedance suite of gaming focused solutions
- Facilitate any required engagement with the Gamer Community to feedback / test product developments and ways to enable the growth of user focused Gaming features.
- Support core product teams with relevant insights regarding the Gaming Community
- Extend alignment with broader Bytedance Gaming teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of working experience, including roles at leading technology or gaming companies with direct experience in product or product enablement/liaison roles.

- Ability to lead initiatives and the implementation of projects in an XFN matrix structure
- Deep understanding of the gaming rightsholder ecosystem, both within Bytedance and across the broader industry
- Comfort with ambiguity and able to thrive and deliver wins without upsetting the harmony of the organization
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
