**工作职责：**
- 使用数控机床阅读、解释和/或执行各种加工工作。
- 操作和设置数控机床。
- 需要时建议新的模具设计和对现有模具的修改。
- 准备和更新 CNC 程序。
- 确定并编程批量大小、机器速度等。
- 对所有机器进行机器故障排除和定期预防性维护。
- 检查输出以确保与规格的一致性并丢弃缺陷。
- 执行5S实践的清洁和维护。

**职位需求：**
- 至少 3 年 CAD/CAM 经验。
- 至少5年CNC加工经验。
- 具有微型精密零件制造经验。

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
- Operating and setup up CNC machines.
- Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
- Prepare and update CNC programs.
- Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
- Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
- At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience.
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
