Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure smooth flow of project materials is required
- Provide daily material status updates to stakeholders on the purchased items
- Mange utilization of surplus materials prior to raising any Purchase Request (PR)
- Evaluate MTO from Engineering and Production to ensure all information ae captured and aligned
- Be updated on project material specifications, approved vendor list, country of restrictions
- Highlight in purchase requisitions (PR) of any specific requirements by the clients to avoid discrepancies
- Prepare and update the material status report (MSR) for MMC lead review
- Raise Technical Query (TQ) for material substitution and non-approved vendor acceptance
- Raise Job Confirmation Sheet for redundant materials found in MTO revision
- Prepare material offcut list based on MTO quantity and cross check with site offcut list

**Job Requirements**:

- NITEC In Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Have knowledge in E&I items such as - E&I Support Material, Cable and Cable Gland, Cable Tray, Ladder and Accessories, Earthing Material, Lighting Fixture, Tubing, Preservation Materials
- Prefer with JDE software experience and AutoCad skills
