**About the Role**

**We are looking for a dedicated and organised Learning Centre Executive (Part-Time - Contract) to support daily operations and customer service at our Tampines learning centre. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, student-focused environment and are seeking meaningful part-time work.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide administrative and operational support**:

- **Manage student registrations, attendance tracking, and record-keeping**:

- **Assist with printing, collating, and organising worksheets and learning materials**:

- **Address student and parent enquiries in a friendly and professional manner**:

- **Maintain cleanliness and organisation of classrooms and facilities**:

- **Uphold and implement company policies and procedures**:

- **Assist with other administrative duties as assigned**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum GCE O-Level / Nitec qualification**:

- **Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role preferred**:

- **Responsible, detail-oriented, and independent**:

- **Proficient with Google Docs and basic digital tools**:

- **Able to commit to the full contract duration and working schedule**:

- **Friendly disposition with strong communication skills**:

- **Working Hours**:

- **Tuesday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM**:

- **Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Pay Rate: $11/hour**:

- **Commissions-based incentives**
